How to Use FFBrief

Open ForeFlight and navigate to your flight's Weather Briefing
Tap the share icon and select FFBrief from the share sheet
FFBrief will analyze your briefing and return a go/no-go recommendation

Supported Briefing Formats

FFBrief accepts both HTML and PDF briefings shared from ForeFlight.

First-Time Setup

If you share an HTML briefing from ForeFlight, FFBrief may show a ForeFlight sign-in page on first use. Enter your ForeFlight credentials once and they will be remembered for future sessions.

Subscription

FFBrief requires an active subscription ($4.99/year) after a 7-day free trial. To manage or cancel your subscription, go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone.

Privacy Policy

FFBrief sends your ForeFlight briefing text to Anthropic's Claude AI for analysis. No personal information is collected or stored. Briefing text is used solely to generate your flight analysis and is not retained after the response is returned.

ForeFlight login credentials are stored securely in the iOS WKWebView cookie store on your device only and are never transmitted to FFBrief servers.
